Grape variety: Magliocco Canino and Syrah.

Production area: Brattirò (VV).

Alcohol content: alcohol 12.50% vol.

Vinification and Aging: soft pressing of the grapes at low temperatures, fermentation for 8 months in steel and bottle.

Description: Bright and brilliant rosé. The taste is lively with hints of citrus and wild rose, mineral and with excellent acidity. Ideal with fish-based dishes, omelettes or white meats, serve at a temperature of 10/12 degrees.
