Vinification and Aging: 8 months in steel and 4 months in oak barriques.

Description: Strong notes of vanilla, red fruits and spices. The taste is balanced, soft and velvety. ideal with meats, mature cheeses, game, serve at a temperature of 18/20 degrees.
